FIR on Elvish Yadav: Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner and famous YouTuber Elvish Yadav is once again in the headlines. Recently, a video of him surfaced in which he can be seen assaulting another YouTuber. Now YouTuber Sagar Thakur has filed an FIR against Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner Elvish Yadav.
FIR against Elvish Yadav
According to reports, a case has been registered against Elvish Yadav after the incident. Sagar lodged an FIR in Gurugram police station. He has also issued a statement regarding this by releasing a video on social media. Sagar Thakur, who goes by the name Maxtern, claimed in his complaint to the Gurugram police that Elvish Yadav had beaten him and his friends.
Taking cognizance of this video, Gurugram Police has registered a case of assault. An FIR has reportedly been registered against Elvish under sections 147, 149, 323 and 506 of the IPC.
Sagar Thakur raised questions on bailable sections
Raising questions on the bailable sections, Sagar Thakur said that the sections under which the case has been registered against Elvish are bailable. He said that despite all the evidence of attempt to murder, no non-bailable section has been imposed on him.
‘Threatened to kill’
Maxtern said that Elvish openly threatened to kill him, but no serious action has been taken against him. Sagar called Elvish Yadav a criminal.
In a video going viral on social media since Friday morning, Elvish can be seen entering the mall and beating up the YouTuber. Along with the Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner, there were many other people who beat Sagar. In the video, Elvish is shown entering the shop, slapping Sagar Thakur and kicking him brutally.
